I'm helping a manager I know write better job placement ads. I've pointed her to KeyValues.io, but I thought I'd ask here as well - what does a good job ad look like for you? For reference, the current job ad is the industry standard laundry list of tech used, tech expected and a pretty tame sales pitch about the company.
