For the past 3 years, I've been trying to find and hire elite engineers, customer support and sale reps. It proved to be the bottleneck for scaling my business. My best hire happened via an ad with $50 budget that showed up while reading email in gmail. I've tried LinkedIn talent search, AngelList and many job boards but the results were/are not good enough. Is hiring dedicated HR company the best bet? What works for you? What does not?
